Course Content:
 Relay Panel
 How to read detailed Pneumatic drawings and understanding their schematic symbols.
 Connect up Pneumatic circuits using valves, cylinders and Pneumatic timers.
 Know how to adjust, speed of a cylinders and how to cushion its end stroke.
 How to identify and order Pneumatic connectors tubing, valves and cylinders.
 
 
 
 
 
 
PLC's COURSE
Course Content:
 The PLC’s role in Industrial Automation.
 How a PLC is incorporated in an electrical circuit.
 How to read and understand circuits mapped, using Logic Gates,
 Boolean Algebra, Statement List and Ladder Diagrams.
 Ability to design circuits and develop Ladder Diagrams after determining its sequence of operations.
 Programme the above into several different PLCs using a programming console and PLC computer software.
 Use of PLC in the workplace (i.e. as a diagnostic tool).
 Basic Pneumatic course to assist the trainees when designing PLC circuits.
 Effective ways on how to investigate/research industrial machines and how to utilise this collected information.
 The course deals with the following PLC’s:
