PNEUMATICS COURSE
Course Content:
Relay Panel
How to read detailed Pneumatic drawings and understanding their schematic symbols.
Connect up Pneumatic circuits using valves, cylinders and Pneumatic timers.
Know how to adjust, speed of a cylinders and how to cushion its end stroke.
How to identify and order Pneumatic connectors tubing, valves and cylinders.
PLC's COURSE
Course Content:
The PLC’s role in Industrial Automation.
How a PLC is incorporated in an electrical circuit.
How to read and understand circuits mapped, using Logic Gates,
Boolean Algebra, Statement List and Ladder Diagrams.
Ability to design circuits and develop Ladder Diagrams after determining its sequence of operations.
Programme the above into several different PLCs using a programming console and PLC computer software.
Use of PLC in the workplace (i.e. as a diagnostic tool).
Basic Pneumatic course to assist the trainees when designing PLC circuits.
Effective ways on how to investigate/research industrial machines and how to utilise this collected information.
