SERVICE DELIVERY IN RURAL AREAS
 MSTC is setting up Skills Development Centre and Trade Test Centre at uMthatha-Eastern Cape for Engineering and Construction Trades to upskill Rural Communities with Critical Skills as the part of National Development Plan 2030.
 We have successfully completed a Domestic Electrical Skills Training for uMgungundlovu District, where we’ve taken Skills Training to the Rural Areas such as iMpendle Municipality, uMshwathi Municipality, Mpofana Municipality, and Richmond Municipality.
 Currently we are training Apprentices from Abaqulusi Municipality and we have also produced Artisan at Vryhied.
 We have also provided Skills Training at Limpompo Province at Marapiyana aswell as Verina in Mpumalanga.

TVET SERVICE DELIVERY SUMMARY

Multi Skill Training Centre (MSTC) has a formed partnership with TVET and University of Technology such as Coastal FET College, Mthashana FET College and Mangosuthu University of Technology. We have a team of experienced Fitters, Electricians, Welders, Mechatronics Instructors and Registered Assessors with various Seta’s. We have successfully set up and build training equipment of Mechanical Fitting, Electrical, Welding and PLC Workshop for Umlazi TVET College Workshops, TVET College Workshops, Assalaam TVET College Workshops, Umzinto TVET Workshops, MSTC Satellite Workshops in Limpompo and Mpumalanga etc. MSTC has assisted the above mentioned TVET Workshops in getting their accreditation and developed training materials while some of the TVET are still in the accreditation process.

Multi Skill Training Centre is currently assisting TVET Colleges and University of Technology with the training and development of Lectures and Learners from Basic up to Trade Test Level as well as P1 and P2 Training, priced effectively and in accordance with National Qualifications Standards.We successfully trained over Hundreds Learners from TVET and University of Technology.

Our Administration and Technical team is qualified to manage all duties including all aspects of the implementation, daily administration, strategic management of the operation, projects, learner administration and marketing.


SETAS INTERVENTION

Multi Skill Training Centre (MSTC) has existing Contracts with various
Seta”s such as Services Seta, Chieta and Merseta on Skills Training
Programme. Service Seta has Funded MSTC Project to train 200 Apprentices in Electrician and Mechanical Fitting, 30 Apprentices has successfully completed Phase 2 and now they commencing for their Final year. The 20 Abaqulusi Aprentices have already completed Phase2 Institutional Training Programme; they are now all placed with their Host Employer Abaqulusi Municipality to complete Phase2. The 150 Apprentices are currently at MSTC completing Phase1 Institutionalize Training and MSTC has arranged Municipalities, Industrial and Construction Companies to Host our apprentices.

Chieta funded more than 600 candidates to be trained on Artisan Recognition of Prior Learning (ARPL) and Skills Programme at MSTC through their Discretional Grants and ARPL Grants. MSTC has trained these candidates from Pre-evaluate, Trade Test Preparation up to Trade Testing in Electrician and Mechanical Fitting trades. All the of the Candidate who are Trade Tested through this Training Programme have obtain their Trade Test Certificate and Training Programme is currently on operation. MSTC has recruited learners from the Rural Areas for the above mentioned Projects from KZN, Eastern Cape, Orange Free State and Mpumalanga for the above mentioned Projects. Scribante Labour Consultant has enrolled more than 100 Apprentices to be trained at MSTC through Services Seta Grants from Rural to Urban Areas.
