 Contribute towards BBBEE initiatives through the development of
entrepreneurs by creating synergistic relationships with Municipalities, Regional Government Departments, Transnet, Local industry etc. to place trained candidates in developmental projects.

PROJECTS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
 The purpose of the project is to develop a strategic and implementation plan to promote training and placement for the disabled in certain occupations in the manufacturing and engineering context, and utilise the initiative as a vehicle for addressing key policy and legislative objectives and obligations.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
 MSCT in the year under review initiated a comprehensive Customer
Satisfaction Survey, so as to determine client satisfaction with levels of services and identify opportunities for improvement. This will in the year ahead help us to sharpened our service delivery and satisfy our valued client. The feedback received in the period under review shows positive and
