 Experienced and Trade Tested Instructors/Assessors who are able to conduct assessments on potential candidates, therefore, ensuring you receive an accurate account of their abilities.
 We can also conduct a Training Needs Analysis to identify the candidates’ gaps and then offer a suitable refresher training programme. This will allow the candidates to hone their skills, or refresh on certain aspects of the job criteria which they have perhaps not used for a few years. In some instances, with certain types of factory machinery/equipment and the
correct calibre candidate, it would merely take a day or two to update their
knowledge.
 Full reports summarising the candidates’ initial abilities and the subsequent outcome of the Assessment will be forwarded to you (the client).
